Betsy Movie Poster Design

This movie poster design was created for Betsy, a short film about a couple who is about to move into a new apartment, only to discover it is haunted by a doll named Betsy.

The photo used in this movie poster was originally the doll against a white background. We first had to remove the white background and replace it with something that would give a dark, horror feel to the poster. The background contains multiple layers, including a solid black color faded in different areas, an old school wallpaper pattern, and a grunge texture. We also edited the doll using different techniques to give her a more intense feel.
